Walker Stevens

Walker Stevens is an Analyst with NNN Pro, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Walker joined NNN Pro in 2023 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group focusing on the creation and execution of sale leaseback programs and asset disposition/acquisition programs. He assists with assembling offering memorandums and other marketing materials as well as comparable property data for clients, analyzes leases, and conducts property-level due diligence.

Walker graduated from Middlebury College with a degree in Economics and was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team. Walker currently lives in Manhattan, New York.
