Walker Stevens

Walker Stevens is an Analyst with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Walker joined the NNN Pro Group in 2023 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group focusing on the creation and execution of sale-leaseback programs and asset disposition/acquisition programs. He assists with assembling offering memorandums and other marketing materials as well as comparable property data for clients, analyzes leases, and conducts property-level due diligence.

Walker graduated from Middlebury College with a degree in Economics and was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team. Walker currently lives in Manhattan, New York.
