Simon Kroos

Simon Kroos is an Associate, Investments with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Simon joined the NNN Pro Group in 2023 and currently focuses on representing private investors, franchisees, owners, developers, and wide-ranging institutions in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of net lease properties throughout the United States.
Prior to working with the NNN Pro Group, Simon worked at Newmark where he focused on investment sales and tenant representation throughout a variety of asset classes. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Sports Management. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Simon now lives in New York, New York.
