Ryan Morris

Ryan Morris is a Vice President with NNN Pro, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Ryan joined NNN Pro’s Institutional Coverage Group in 2024 and is currently responsible for the origination and execution of sale-leaseback programs, credit underwriting, and asset dispositions on behalf of private equity firms and institutional clients nationwide.
After spending most of his career working for various hedge funds and private equity firms, Ryan pivoted to the net lease industry in 2019 and in that time has advised on and led the acquisition of more than $750 million in transaction volume across industrial, retail, flex, and healthcare asset classes.
Prior to working with NNN Pro, Ryan worked at Trio Investment Group, a real estate private equity fund, where he oversaw the acquisition of single-tenant assets leased to middle market tenants by providing alternative sources of capital through net-lease and sale-leaseback transactions. He graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Finance. Ryan lives in Darien, Connecticut with his wife and daughter.
