Natalie Raum

Natalie Raum is an Analyst with NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Natalie joined the NNN Pro Group in 2022 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group, assisting on the structuring and execution of sale-leaseback programs and deal management operations.

Prior to working with the NNN Pro Group, Natalie worked as a property operations intern for AvalonBay Communities, a publicly traded REIT in the business of developing, acquiring and managing multifamily communities. She graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University with a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology. She currently resides in Manhattan, New York.
