Strategy & Operations Manager
Kirstyn Pearl is a Strategy & Operations Manager with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Kirstyn joined the group in December 2022 and currently manages all real estate related processes and strategic initiatives for the Brokerage Division, and oversees the Transaction Management Team.
Prior to working with the NNN Pro Group, Kirstyn worked at WeWork where she managed their global real estate strategy and operations. She also owned Seacoast Sweets, a top chocolate company in New England she eventually sold in 2018. Kirstyn is a former speaker at the Massachusetts Conference for Women and a former special advisor to the national tech and commercial real estate conference series, DisruptCRE. She graduated from Bentley University with a degree in Finance, and University of Massachusetts with an MBA.
