Ken Johnson is a Vice President, Investments with NNN Pro, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Ken joined NNN Pro in 2023 and currently his expertise covers various areas including corporate real estate, net lease investment, and sale leaseback properties, with a particular focus on retail and industrial investment sales to include industrial outdoor storage.
With more than eight years of experience in the net lease investments industry, Ken has been involved in selling over $1.6 billion worth of properties and completing over 700 transactions across all 46 states.
Prior to working with NNN Pro, Ken worked at Marcus & Millichap where he worked with the Net Lease Advisory Group. Notably, he brings a military background via the US Navy, having served aboard the USS Peleliu for six years with the Combat Information Systems (CIS) Unit. Ken was a crucial member of the initial combat unit that responded to the 2001 attack on the World Trade Center in Iraq, earning several medals and awards for his exemplary service. Ken lives in Phoenix, AZ.
