Hannan Ben Yosef is an Analyst with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Hannan joined the NNN Pro Group in 2021 and is currently responsible for business development, property and sales analysis, research, transaction processing, marketing, providing brokers’ opinions of value, and building relationships with institutional, family office, ultra high-net-worth, and private investors.
Hannan diligently works with principals and brokers for acquiring and/or selling net-leased properties nationwide. Some of Hannan’s day-to-day responsibilities involve building and updating real estate portfolios for clients, preparing market sales and rent comparables sheets, preparing and updating listings’ offerings, and thoroughly analyzing closed, on-market, and prospective deals. Additionally, Hannan assists clients with running cash-on-cash analysis scenarios and with every step of the way throughout the deal-making process. Hannan continuously engages with clients and business partners via meetings, conference calls, events and presentations and provides matching investment opportunities tailored to each client’s needs and requests.
Hannan utilizes various sophisticated strategies for sourcing leads in order to increase each listing’s buyer pool exposure. To ensure a successful closing for each deal, Hannan collaborates with lenders, attorneys, developers, title companies, and all of the entities that are involved throughout the deal-making process. Among the many deals Hannan worked on, Hannan assisted a buyer with an exchange exceeding $50 million and a seller with a disposition of a one-off sale portfolio which was valued at more than $100 million. Regardless of market conditions, Hannan always finds ways to preserve and create value for the clients he works with.
Prior to working with the NNN Pro Group, Hannan served as an airborne infantry paratrooper in the Israel Defense Force, volunteered with Hand in Hand Family Services (now known as Braverhood) – a nonprofit organization caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, and interned at Highline Advisory. Hannan graduated from Baruch College with a degree in Finance and Investments and a minor in Mathematics.
