Edward DeMatteis

Eddie DeMatteis is an Analyst with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Eddie joined the NNN Pro Group in 2022 and currently assists in conducting property-level diligence, underwriting real estate fundamentals, and working with buy-side clients in identifying investment opportunities that match buyers’ investment profiles while providing advisory services.

Prior to working with the NNN Pro Group, Eddie interned for Bridge Property Advisors, a commercial real estate services firm providing brokerage, advisory, and capital solutions to individuals, businesses, and institutions. He graduated from Wake Forest University’s Farrell School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
