Edan Zabihi

Edan Zabihi is an Analyst with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Edan joined the NNN Pro Group in 2022 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group assisting on the structuring and execution of sale-leaseback programs, underwriting real estate fundamentals, and providing property-level diligence.
Prior to working with the NNN Pro Group, Edan worked as an intern for The Lightstone Group, a privately held real estate investment company which owns and operates a diversified portfolio of multifamily, office, industrial, hotel, and retail properties. Edan graduated from The Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Commercial Real Estate. He currently lives in Manhattan, New York.
