Amelia Haydock
Senior Associate
Amelia Haydock is a Senior Associate with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Amelia joined the NNN Pro Group in 2019 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group assisting with the execution of sale-leaseback programs, credit underwriting, and asset disposition. Additionally, Amelia assists with site development and selection for operators searching to grow their footprints throughout the United States.
Since joining the NNN Pro Group, Amelia has assisted on over 200 transactions totaling approximately $590 million in transaction volume. Most notably, Amelia is working with a large operator on a multi-year sale-leaseback program which has included over 80 properties and nearly $300 million in market value.
Amelia graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business in 2019, where she earned a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate. She currently resides in Manhattan, New York.
